Booking, Cancellation & Payment Information

Bookings

Bookings must be made in writing (by email) or online and will be confirmed by us in writing (this is done automatically when booking via the SFL booking platform). When booking, a deposit of EUR 300 - per apartment (50% of the total when booking online) is due and must be transferred within 14 days. With receipt of the deposit, the reservation becomes binding.

 

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation by the accommodation provider, the deposit (20% of the total amount) cannot be refunded regardless of the reason and date.

Cancellation fees:

  • up to 3 months before arrival, there are no further cancellation fees.
  • up to 1 month before arrival - 40% of the total amount.
  • up to 2 weeks before arrival - 70 % of the total amount.
  • from 13 days before arrival - 90 % of the total amount.
  • Furthermore, the “General Terms & Conditions for the Hotel Industry”

 

Payment Information

Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance or in cash during the stay. (No card payments!) The deposit will be deducted from the total amount.

Check In / Check out

The apartments are available from approx. 3:30 pm on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we ask that you vacate the apartments by 9 am.

  • Prices are quoted per apartment per day. Local tax will be charged separately.
  • Bread roll service upon request.
  • One-time final cleaning.
  • Bookings are subject to the guidelines of the “General Terms & Conditions for the Hotel Industry”
